Wire Transfers ensure you can send and receive funds safely and securely. Century Bank makes it easy to initiate one-time or recurring Wire Transfers and set up templates for Repetitive Wire Transfers. Some other perks to using Century Bank’s services include:
- Send and receive domestic and international funds same day
- Email notifications for all incoming and outgoing Wires
- Customize levels of authorization based on your needs
- Initiate Wires to be sent in the future or recurring at periodic frequencies
How to send a Wire Transfer
To send a Wire Transfer with the Wire Department or through Cash Management Online Banking, a Wire Agreement must be completed. Each authorized person will receive a unique PIN to use when initiating wires.
A Wire Transfer can be initiated three ways:
- Remotely through Cash Management Online Banking
- By calling either the Wire Transfer Repetitive Line at (781) 393-5050 or the Wire Transfer Department at (781) 393-4633. Customers with a Repetitive Wire Form on file can also use Century Bank’s Wire Repetitive Voicemail Line.
- In person at any Branch location
What you need to send and receive Wire Transfers
In order to send a Wire Transfer, you need to know:
- Your bank account number
- Name of who you want to send the Wire Transfer to
- Bank name and address of the Wire Transfer recipient
- Wire Transfer recipient’s bank routing number
To receive a Wire Transfer, the sending bank will need the following information:
