Q: How do I get started with Positive Pay?
A: An agreement form needs to be completed. Please contact your banker or Customer Support to get started. 
Q: What format do files need to be in?
A: You can upload either .txt or .csv format files in our Online Banking Cash Management system.
Q: How frequently is Positive Pay updated?
A: Positive Pay updates several times a day. Items received at 8 a.m., 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. are reflected immediately.
Q: Can checks be added after a file is submitted?
A: Yes, checks can be added or voided via Online Banking Cash Management or by contacting us directly.
Q: Is there a fee to use Positive Pay?
