Q: What are the Online Banking hours?
A: Bank online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q: How do I login for the first time?
A: At account opening you will receive an email with your online banking login ID number starting with 6056. On your initial sign in, you will be using the last four digits of your social security/taxpayers identification number as your password. Both your login ID and password can be changed once you’re logged in on the “Settings/Mobile” tab.
Q: Is Online Banking secure?
A: Absolutely.
Q: How do I customize my view when I login to online banking?
From the My Online Banking start page, you can organize which account widgets you'd like to see. By selecting "Configure This Page," you have the option to add various account and transaction-level snapshots to each of the three columns. The order of the widgets in each column is determined by the order listed in your "Configure This Page."
The wheel icon and red X on each widget allows for removal of that widget from the start page, and the arrow will bring you to that section of Online Banking.
Q: How do I view check images?
A: From the "Transactions Page" you may view images of checks and deposit slips. You can also choose to view the back of the check by clicking the 'flip' button.
Q: How do I download my transactions?
A: You have the option to download transactions from any account into a spreadsheet, Word processing program, or popular money management programs such as QuickBooks®, Quicken® or Microsoft Money®.
Q: Can I send secure messages in online banking.
A: Yes. See the top right corner for a link to “Messages.”
Q: How do I enroll in Online Banking?
A: Click here and enter your enrollment verification information.
Q: How do I reset my password?
You must first provide a reset question and answer when you’re logged in. This is located under the “Settings/Mobile” tab. If you have not previously setup your reset question but need to reset your password, contact us.
To reset your password:
From Online Banking: Click here and provide the requested information.
From the Mobile App: select “Forgot?” on the login screen.
If you are not setup for password self-reset, contact customer service by phone or chat to reset your password. Once you’re logged in, setup your reset question and answer under the "settings" tab to avoid getting locked out again in the future.
