Q: What are the Online Banking hours?
A: Bank online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Q: How do I log in for the first time?
A: At account opening you will receive an email with your Online Banking login ID number starting with 6056. On your initial sign in, you will setup your new username and password. 
Q: Is Online Banking secure?
A: Absolutely. With two-factor authentication your Online Banking is more secure than ever.

Q: How do I view check images?
A: On your transactions list you may view images of checks and deposit slips. You can also choose to view the back of the check by clicking the “view back” button.

Q: How do I download my transactions?
A: You have the option to download transactions from any account into a spreadsheet or popular money management programs such as QuickBooks® or Quicken®.

Q: Can I send secure messages in Online Banking.
A: Yes. Select “Messages” from the dashboard.

Q: How do I enroll in Online Banking?
A: Go to the login screen and then click “First time here? Enroll now.”

Q: I’m having trouble downloading the app, what should I do?
A: Make sure your device is connected to the internet and is updated to its latest version. Contact us for further assistance.

Q: Is my Online Banking and mobile app sign-on the same?
A: Yes. If you reset your password on Online Banking, it will also be updated on the mobile app and vice versa.

Q: Is your mobile app secure?
A: Yes. Don’t forgot to log out when you're done with your banking session and do not store passwords on your device in the event it is lost or stolen.

Q: Are there fees associated with the Century Bank App?
A: No. Mobile Banking is a free service for all customers. Your wireless service provider, however, may charge a fee for internet access. Check with your mobile provider for details.

Q: How do I reset my password?
A:  You can change your password anytime when you are logged in to Online Banking by going to, “Settings” then, “Security.” From there click, “Edit” next to your password.

Q: What do I do if I forget my password?
A:  Select “Forgot?” at the login screen and following the prompts to reset your password.
