Q: Do I have to be enrolled in Online Banking to use the Mobile App?
A: If you are already enrolled in Online Banking, you can use the same login information to start using the mobile app. If not, you can enroll in online banking with the Mobile app or through online banking.
Q: I’m having trouble downloading the app, what should I do?
A: Make sure your device is connected to the internet. Be sure your phone is updated to its latest version. Contact us for further assistance.
Q: Is my Online Banking and Mobile App sign-on the same?
A: Yes, the login is the same. If you reset your password on Online Banking, it will also be updated on the Mobile app and vice versa.
Q: Is Mobile Banking secure?
A: Yes. Don’t forgot to log out when you're done with your banking session and do not store passwords on your device, in the event it is lost or stolen.
Q: Is there a fee to use Mobile Banking?
A: No. Mobile and Online banking are free for our customers. Your wireless service provider, however, may charge a fee for text messages and internet access. Check with your mobile provider for details.
