How do I get started?

Log into your Online Banking and select the "eStatements" tab
• Complete the necessary information
• Check the box that states, “I agree to the listed terms”
• You are now enrolled to receive your statements electronically!

Q: What are eStatements?
A: eStatements are free electronic versions of the paper statements you normally receive by mail.
Q: Do I have to pay for eStatements?
A: eStatements are free.
Q: Will I continue to receive my paper statement in the mail?
A: Once you enroll, you will no longer receive paper statements by mail. eStatements are delivered in a PDF print-ready format you can retain for your records.
Q: What format do eStatements come in?
A: The Statements are delivered to you by email and stored in Online and Mobile Banking. You can view print or save it to your computer or another trusted device.
Q: How many years of eStatements may I view in Online Banking?
A: Up to 18 months of eStatement history will be securely stored to view, download or print within the Online or Mobile Banking App.
Q: How do I access my eStatements?
To access eStatements within Online Banking:
  • Login to Online Banking.
  • Select the “eStatements” tab at the top of the page. If you have more than one account, use the drop down menu at the top to select which account you would like to view.
  • Click “View” next to the statement you would like to access.
If you would like to print or download the statement, use the icons on the top right.
To access eStatements on the Mobile App:
  • In the menu, select “Statements”
  • Select the account folder you want to view
  • Select the statement month you are trying to access to view the statement
If you would like to send or save the statement to your device, select the arrow icon in the upper right corner.
