eBills delivered online, not on paper

Have electronic versions of your bills delivered directly to your Online Bill Pay account. eBills contain the same information as paper bills, such as due date, balance and minimum payment amount. Once you set up an individual eBill for a company, an eBill comes directly from them to your account. Many credit card and cable companies, for example, offer this service. If a company offers eBill, there will be a “Setup eBill” link next to its listing on your Bill Pay dashboard.

eBill advantages

eBills are sent electronically to your inbox so there isn’t a paper trail – reducing the chances of your personal information ending up in the hands of the wrong person. eBills also make it possible to:

  • Consolidate your bills
  • Streamline your Bill Pay routine
  • Reduce paper use
