Getting started with Ask Century
Ask Century is a customer service chat feature accessible in the Century Bank Mobile App and Online Banking. Just as you would send a friend or family member a message, you can do the same with us. You can even include files, pictures and transactions in the message so whomever you are corresponding with can see exactly what you are talking about.

How to send and receive messages
Whether you’re using the Century Bank Mobile App or a computer, messaging us is quick and easy.
There are three ways you can initiate a conversation:
- From the main menu select “Support,” then “Start a conversation”
- From the dashboard select “Message,” and the conversation box will open
- While you are viewing your accounts or transactions
Ask Century chat service hours
You can send a chat message to Ask Century any time, any day. Chat messages sent to us during the following times will receive a response in real time:
Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
If you need to walk away or have a question that comes up after hours, don’t worry. Your conversation with will be saved and will be picked up right where you left off. No time wasted re-asking your question.

A: While in a conversation, select the Transaction icon. Narrow your transaction results by using the search field. Find the desired transaction and select “Attach” and then “Send.”
A: While in a conversation, select the Payments icon. Use the search option to review payments. Find the desired payment and select “Attach” and then select “Send.”
A: While in a conversation, select the Accounts icon. Use the search field to find relevant accounts, then select “Attach” and then “Send.”
