Getting started with our enhanced Online Banking tools

Our goal is to make the transition to our updated Online Banking system as seamless as possible. There are a few things you’ll need to do:

Set up two-factor authentication

When you log in for the first time, you will be required to follow a few simple steps as another layer of security to confirm its you access your account.
  1. Enter your username and password
  2. Enter the email address and phone number you’d like your verification code sent to
  3. Choose how you want to receive your verification code (text, phone call or authenticator app)
  4. Enter your verification code
  5. Accept the User Agreement

Usernames and passwords need to be reentered

Your username and password will remain the same for Online and Mobile Banking. Many web browsers (i.e. Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) and mobile devices have options to save passwords that will automatically be there when you sign in again.
