Getting started with our enhanced Online Banking tools
Our goal is to make the transition to our updated Online Banking system as seamless as possible. There are a few things you’ll need to do:

Set up two-factor authentication
- Enter your username and password
- Enter the email address and phone number you’d like your verification code sent to
- Choose how you want to receive your verification code (text, phone call or authenticator app)
- Enter your verification code
- Accept the User Agreement

Usernames and passwords need to be reentered
Your username and password will remain the same for Online and Mobile Banking. Many web browsers (i.e. Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox) and mobile devices have options to save passwords that will automatically be there when you sign in again. These saved passwords won't be there when you sign in. Don’t know your username and/or password? Contact us for assistance.
- Tip: To keep your account secure, we recommend you never store usernames passwords in your browser.
Mobile app users need to download our new app
When the latest Century Bank Mobile App is released, you will see the pop-up message below.
Select “Update” to go directly to the Apple App Store or Google Play to download the new app. Once the app is downloaded, login using the same username and password you use today. You can now delete the old mobile app from your phone or tablet. *
Also coming soon – The New Century Bank Card Control App! The new Card Control App will replace our current app, which will cease to work on September 22. Stay tuned for the new app launch date.
Any alerts you have will need to be setup again in the new system. This may include low balance, transaction or event alerts.
How to view current alerts setup in Online Banking:
- Go to the “Settings/Mobile” tab
- Select to the “Create Alerts/Messages” tab
- Click on the “Alerts messages” tab

FAQs
A: No. You will use the same username and password you use today to login to Century Bank Online Banking.
A: No. Everything you can do today will be available in the new system, plus new features!
A: The first time you login to the new system, you will be asked to setup two-factor authentication. This is an extra layer of security to ensure the person logging in is you and not a fraudster. Two-factor authentication works by asking you to provide your phone number. A code will be texted to your cell phone, or over a phone call to a landline. You will be asked to type in the code to verify its you. You will only need to do this the first time you login.
A: Business checking and savings accounts will be on the new system. Cash Management services will be the same as it is today and will be accessible from the new system.
A: You will continue to access other accounts as you do today.
A: If you are currently enrolled in Online Banking and/or eStatements you will not need to enroll again.
A: Your transactions from the past 120 days will transfer to the new Online Banking system.
A: No. All of the Bill Pay accounts, payments, recurring payment and eBills will be carried over to the new system.
