Have a Lost/Stolen ATM/Debit Card?

On the Account Listing page, Click on Options. Click on Options.

From the Options screen, Click on ATM/Debit Card. Click on ATM/Debit Card.

The ATM/Debit Card Options screen will list all of your ATM/Debit cards, and their status. ATM/Debit Card options screen

To report a card lost or stolen, just click the box under Lost/Stolen. Your card will be de-activated.
Please contact any Century Bank location to get another card and/or to initiate a dispute on any fraudulent card activity.

And, you can report a lost or stolen ATM/Debit card!

From the main menu, select option #9 – Report a lost or stolen ATM/Debit card.

  • At the account number prompt, enter your account number followed by the # key.
  • At the social security number prompt, enter your social security number followed by the # key.
  • You will hear a list of all the active cards on that account.
  • When you hear the card number that has been lost/stolen, press the number associated with that card.
  • The next prompt will be to press ‘1’ for lost, ‘2’ for stolen, or # to cancel the request.
