IOLTA (Interest on Lawyers' Trust Account)
We offer an IOLTA Client Checking account to attorneys managing clients' funds. Interest from these accounts is paid monthly to the IOLTA Committee. The Committee then distributes the donations to the three (3) designated IOLTA charities: The Boston Bar Foundation, The Massachusetts Bar Foundation, and the Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation.

• No monthly fees applied to the account.
• Automatic charitable contributions.
• Detailed monthly statement is generated at month-end for bookkeeping purposes.
